Slashed Throat: With so many ways to end someone's life, this is bound to happen.Burglars has a similar situation where he locks the kitchen burglar in the basement for a month and then proceeds to beat the poor guy up. With Neighbor, he can chain his neighbor to a tree where he slowly starves to death. Patrick, the protagonist from the Neighbor and Burglars games, enjoys putting his victims in torturous situations.Sadist: Most of the protagonists (with a few exceptions) seem to enjoy making their victims suffer.No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: A staple of the games.Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Starting with the umbrella, the pen, and the ruler in Boss, basically every game has at least one kill that involves impalement. In Neighbor, selecting the iron hook and the car results in Patrick tying up the neighbor's limbs and then pulls them with the car, ripping him in half.In Boss With Super Powers, this is what happens if you choose the lightsaber. In Ex, this is a secret kill activated by clicking the line by the boyfriend's feet. At the end, blood and water flows out from the toilet. In Creeps, selecting the toilet door has Lisa dragging one of the creeps into the toilet and beats him up and drowns him.In Burglars, selecting the basement door in the kitchen has Patrick kicking the burglar downstairs and beating him up offscreen.Selecting the computer and the fists will cause the player to beat the boss to death with said items just offscreen with only his feet visible. He does eventually crash through the wall, very much dead. Selecting the wall has you beating up your boss behind said wall, with no indications as to what's happening besides sound effects, your coworkers' horrified reactions, and stuff flying around. You then push him down the hallway and then let him fly through the window, but we only hear what's happening to him. Selecting the chair has you forcing your boss into your chair, duct-taping his mouth, and using your belt to tie him up.Neighbor stands out though, since all the neighbor was doing was complaining about Patrick's dog pooping on his lawn. Disproportionate Retribution: The entire point, really.Deliberately Monochrome: The main color scheme of the series, with exceptions listed below in Splash of Color.Cold-Blooded Torture: Some of the more graphic and drawn-out kills can feel like they're bordering on this. For Neighbor, it is represented by windshield wipers. Cleanup Crew: In some games, one of these guys resets the level after each execution so you can use a different way to kill your victim. If you weren't playing to actually purge your angry thoughts, you were playing to get a laugh out of all of the bloody, gory madness. Except the neighbor, every single one of the victims (burglars who don't hesitate to kill Patrick, creeps who get way too touchy-feely with Lisa, and if the next game's title is any indication, a freaking serial murderer) totally deserve their bloody fate. Asshole Victim: Asides from the art style and brutality level, this is what sets WhackIt's games apart from the others.
